Our Promise to You
If you are diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea by a theREALsleep physician and complete treatment with theREALsleep Device as directed, we guarantee meaningful improvement in your sleep apnea — or you may qualify for a refund of your device cost.
Success Criteria
Within 90 days of receiving your device, we expect one of the following outcomes:
- At least 50% reduction in AHI or RDI score, OR
- AHI or RDI score less than 5 events per hour
How to Stay Eligible
To qualify for the guarantee, patients must:
- Wear the device nightly as directed
- Complete all recommended adjustments and titration appointments
- Respond to check-ins from our team
- Complete follow-up sleep tests within 90 days
- Maintain proper device care
- Complete all requested steps within 14 days of each request
If You Need a Refund
If the success criteria are not met after completing the full treatment protocol:
- The device must be returned to theREALsleep
- Treatment compliance will be verified by our team
- The device must be received for proper disposal
What's Included — and What's Not
The guarantee covers the cost of the oral appliance device. The following are not covered:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or wear
- Unauthorized modifications to the device
- Lost or stolen devices
- Professional service fees (consultations, sleep tests, adjustments)
A Quick Note on Comfort & Dental Health
As with any oral appliance, you may experience a brief adjustment period. Minor jaw soreness or excess salivation is normal and typically resolves within 1–2 weeks. Our team is here to support you through the entire process.
