Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after all required information has been received, including payment authorization and, when applicable, provider approval.
Certain healthcare products and prescription medical devices may require additional review before processing.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Custom Oral Appliances
Custom oral appliances are prescription medical devices manufactured specifically for each individual patient.
Production begins only after:
- Your treatment has been approved by a licensed healthcare provider (when required);
- We have received acceptable dental impressions or digital intraoral scans; and
- All necessary records have been received.
Manufacturing times may vary depending on laboratory production schedules.
Estimated production timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Home Sleep Tests
Home Sleep Test (“HST”) kits are generally shipped after an order has been reviewed and approved, when applicable.
Most Home Sleep Test kits are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Impression Kits
At-home dental impression kits are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Patients should carefully follow all instructions included with the kit to avoid delays in treatment.
If replacement impression materials are required due to incomplete or unusable impressions, additional shipping and processing time may apply.
Retail Products
Non-custom products, including but not limited to:
- Ultrasonic cleaners
- Cleaning products
- Mouth tape
- Nasal products
- Supplements
- Sleep accessories
are generally shipped within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability.
Shipping Methods
Real Sleep utilizes reputable national carriers, which may include:
- UPS
- USPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- Other qualified delivery providers
Carrier selection is determined at Real Sleep’s discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Real Sleep ships only to addresses located within the United States.
We currently do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before your order is finalized.
Promotional free shipping offers, when available, apply only under the terms of the applicable promotion.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only.

Real Sleep is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or mobile phone number associated with your order once your shipment has been processed.
Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking information to become active.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving shipping issues but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Real Sleep is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
If you discover an address error, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update your shipping information before the order has been processed.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify Real Sleep within five (5) business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged packaging
- Photographs of the product
- A brief description of the issue
We will evaluate the claim and, when appropriate, repair, replace, or refund the affected product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Prescription Medical Devices
Because custom oral appliances are prescription medical devices, shipping timelines may vary based on:
- Clinical review
- Laboratory fabrication
- Provider approval
- Quality assurance procedures
